3月18日（水）、英語村10周年記念イベント第二弾として、ウクライナ出身の本校ALT、アナスタシアさんによるウクライナ文化イベントを開催しました。
イベントでは、ウクライナの伝統的な工芸品である「ピサンカ（イースターエッグ）」について学びました。生徒たちは、専用の道具を使って卵の殻に模様を描き、その後染色する体験を行いました。蜜蝋を使って細い線を描く作業は非常に繊細で難しいものでしたが、生徒たちは思い思いのデザインや色付けを楽しみながら、ウクライナの文化への理解を深めていました。

On Wednesday, March 18, we held the second event of HELLO Village’s 10th anniversary month: a Ukrainian cultural event led by our ALT, Anastasiia from Ukraine.
During the event, students learned about Pysanka, traditional Ukrainian decorated Easter eggs. They had the opportunity to create their own designs by using special tools to draw patterns on eggshells and dye them. Although drawing delicate lines with beeswax required great care and concentration, students enjoyed expressing their creativity through unique designs and colors while gaining a deeper understanding of Ukrainian culture.
