On May 17th, four German students visited our school. They observed some classes, such as Japanese, mathematics, PE, and English. They joined some activities in English conversation class with Hiyoshigaoka students. In the PE class, they tried Kendo, Japanese swordsmanship, which Hiyoshigaoka students learn as one of the subjects of the martial arts in PE class.
After the classes, the German students made a presentation about Germany in HELLO Village, including German lesson. A lot of Hiyoshigaoka students joined them and enjoyed learning German. They really had a nice time communicationg in English, German, and Japanese!

5月17日（火）、ドイツからの学生たち4人が日吉ケ丘の学校訪問にやってきました。国語、数学、体育、英語の授業を参観しました。体育は剣道の授業だったのですが（日吉ケ丘では武道は剣道）、剣道体験や、英語の授業では生徒たちと一緒に活動に参加しました。放課後は英語村でドイツのプレゼンをやっていただきました。簡単なドイツ語のレッスンもあり、みな口々にドイツ語の発音をまねながら、楽しんで学んでいました。英語、日本語、ドイツ語の飛び交う中での非常に楽しく有意義な交流会でした。
