6月14日（金）HELLO Village Week１の2日目のお昼休みは「Talent Show」が行われました。英語村では立ち見がたくさん出るほどの生徒や先生方が集まり、発表者たちの素晴らしいパフォーマンスに歓声を上げたり手拍子したりしながら、応援していました。どのパフォーマンスも会場に集まった全員から惜しみない拍手が送られていました。今回は素敵な歌、バンド演奏そしてルービックキューブ10個を2分半で完成させるというものまでありました。
　放課後は獲得グロービーポイントが倍になる「Globy Point Spree」が開催されました。「ALTとゲームをして勝つ」や「ある英語の本の中身に対する質問に答える」など英語の4技能が向上するように工夫された様々なミッションをこなしてはALTにサインをもらっていました。どの顔も満面の笑みで楽しさがすごく伝わってきました。

On June 14th, the second day of HELLO Village Week 1, we had a
lunch time event, “Talent Show”. There were so many students and teachers that even standing room was packed. In this “Talent
Show”, we had beautiful singing, a band, and a Rubik’s Cube
performance (completing 10 Rubik’s Cubes in 2 and a half
minutes). There were shouts of admiration and a lot of clapping on the beat of the musical performances. Every performer was given
thunderous applause.

After school, “Globy Point Spree” was held. There were many
missions like “Play a game against an ALT and win.” or “Answer to
the questions on a certain English book in this village.” The
missions are all designed carefully to enhance 4 important English skills. For today only, completing a mission meant students could
get double Globy points. All students were beaming with smiles,
and we could feel the excitement on their faces.
