HELLO Village Week II 5日目は、最終日恒例の「Pub Quiz」が開催されました。お昼休みに英語村に集まった生徒たちは9チームに分かれ、クリス村長とALTジョンから出題されるクイズに挑戦しました。今回の問題は、碁盤の目のように並んだ文字から意味のある言葉を探し出す「Word Search」、2010年代の出来事について答える「2010s」、他のチームの解答を予測して唯一の解答を導き出す「One of a Kind」でした。生徒たちは、一問ごとに解答が示されるたび、ガッツポーズをしたり、頭を抱えたりと、大いに盛り上がっていました。
　HELLO Village Weekが開催された五日間、本当に多くの生徒が英語村を訪れ、英語で様々なイベントやミッションに参加していました。これからも、ここ英語村で、友達、先生、ALTたちと共に、充実した時間を過ごしてくれることを願っています。

　On Day 5 of HELLO Village WEEK II, as usual, we had the last event ‘Pub Quiz’ at lunch time. Students came to HELLO Village with their lunch boxes and accepted the following quiz challenges from Kris and John: ‘Word Search’ (finding meaningful words from letters arranged in a grid-like way), ‘2010s’ (Answering questions concerning events and products in 2010s ), and ‘One of a Kind’ (Guessing a unique answer which is different from the other teams). Whenever an answer was announced, some students raised their arms in triumph but others tore their hair.
　So many students visited HELLO Village, joined various events, and did their missions in English this week. We hope that, from now on, more students will come and enjoy time here at HELLO Village, with friends, teachers and ALTs.
