７月２１日（日）日吉ケ丘高校より２名の生徒たちがオーストラリア・ヌーサにある本校の姉妹校であるヌーサ・ディストリクト・ステイト・ハイスクールでの3カ月留学プログラムに参加するために日本を出国しました。関西国際空港で家族にしばしの別れを告げ、2人は税関を通り、始めて自分たちだけで飛行機に乗って旅立ちました。
　　長いフライト後、オーストラリア・ブリスベン空港に降り立った2人はヌーサ高校のシェイ先生に迎えられ、その後、ホストファミリーと対面しヌーサでの新しい生活をスタートさせました。
　　私たちは３カ月後、オーストラリアで様々な新しい体験を享受し、この冒険を経て成長した2人に会えることを楽しみにしています。


Two Hiyoshigaoka students departed Japan on Sunday July 21st to participate in a 3-month study abroad program with our sister
school in Noosa District State High School in Noosa, Australia. After saying their good-byes to their families at Kansai International
Airport, the two students began their journey by going through
customs and flying on their own for the first time.

The students arrived in Brisbane after a long flight, where Shae
Sensei from NDSHS greeted them and picked them up. The two
have now met their host families and have started to settle into life in Noosa. We hope that both of the students enjoy their many new experiences in Australia and look forward to seeing their growth at the end of their 3-month adventure!
