Do you know the story, “A Dog of Flanders”? Many Japanese tourists travel to Antwerp, Belgium, to see a small monument. It is a small statue of Nello and his dog Patrasche. They are the main characters in the story. It is a very popular story for Japanese children. But no one in Belgium knew about the story until recently．
