　Barack Obama became the first U.S. president to visit Hiroshima on May 27. Obama delivered a speech before about 100 people, including many hibakusha. He reiterated the need to strive for a world without nuclear weapons. He stressed the need to create a future in which Hiroshima and Nagasaki are known as the start of our own moral awakening.
