シュバリエ留学生お別れパーティー Farewell Party for Chevalier Exchange Students

シュバリエ生のお別れパーティーが開かれました。
両校からの代表者のスピーチに始まり、記念品の交換や生徒会のレクレーションが催されました。PTAの方々が用意してくださった軽食に舌鼓を打ちながら、一緒に過ごせる最後の時間をみなさん各々に楽しみました。
最後にはシュバリエ生が「上を向いて歩こう」を日本語で歌ってくれるというサプライズもあり、場は大いに盛り上がりました。
あっという間の一週間でしたが、時間の短さに見合わないくらい、お互いが固い結びつきを実感できたのではないでしょうか。
シュバリエの皆さんは明日の朝、京都を立ちます。お別れは悲しいですが、また会える日を楽しみにしたいですね。

A farewell party for the Chevalier students was held.
The event began with speeches from representatives of both schools, followed by an exchange of commemorative gifts and recreational activities organized by the student council. While enjoying light refreshments kindly prepared by the PTA, everyone cherished their final moments together in their own ways.

At the end, the Chevalier students surprised us by singing “Ue o Muite Arukou” in Japanese, which greatly lifted the atmosphere and brought the party to life.

Although the week flew by so quickly, I believe both schools felt a strong bond that far exceeded the short time we spent together.

The Chevalier group will leave Kyoto tomorrow morning. While we are sad to say goodbye, we look forward to the day we can meet again.
