SDGs Target 12　Responsible Production and Consumption

In our 3rd-year English class, our students prepare for a presentation to be delivered next week. In the presentation, each group of two or three is going to play one of three different roles: farmer, seller or customer, and argue about how to reduce food waste or loss. We’ve used two lessons and had them get more information about food waste or loss. By having done so, they are able to come up with some measures to take in order to solve the problem. We’ll wait and see what solutions they bring.

3年生普通科英語表現の授業では、来週に行われるプレゼンテーションの準備をしています。プレゼンテーションでは、2人または3人の各グループが農家、売り手、顧客の3つの異なる役割の1つを演じ、食品廃棄を減らす方法について議論しています。2時間の授業時間を使って，生徒に食品廃棄に関する情報を収集してもらいました。情報を収集したので，生徒は食品廃棄問題を解決する方法を考え出すことができます。来週彼らはどんな解決策を発表するのでしょうか。乞うご期待。
